Below you will find the necessary documents regarding the application process to Ursula Franklin Academy for students entering in the 2012-2013 school year.

Statement of Purpose Guidelines
As stated on the above documents, the Statement of Purpose can be written on the following dates:
• Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at 3:30PM
• Thursday, December 8, 2011 at 4:00PM
• Thursday, January 12, 2012 at 4:00PM
• Saturday, January 14, 2012 at 10:00AM

Please be advised of the following dates regarding the application process:
Wednesday, February 1, 2012 is the date by which Completed Application packages must be on file at UFA.
Wednesday, February 15, 2012is the date by which applicants will be informed of acceptance or non-acceptance.
Thursday, March 1, 2012 is the last day for Parents/Guardians to confirm admission and complete the Course Selection Form.
